By booking a class with TheKinderCasa, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
TheKinderCasa is designed to provide a fun, engaging, and hands-on environment where children can explore baking, creativity, and basic kitchen skills in a safe and supportive setting.
Our programs are intended for recreational and educational enrichment only. TheKinderCasa is not a professional culinary school, certification program, or academy, and participation does not provide formal training or qualifications as a chef.
While we guide children through structured activities, our primary focus is on enjoyment, creativity, and age-appropriate skill development.
Classes are designed for children ages 7–10.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the activity, and sessions will not be extended.
Pick-up must be on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed after class ends; after that, a $10 late fee will apply.
All class bookings must be made through our website booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot.
Each class is limited to 6 participants. Once capacity is reached, no additional bookings will be accepted.
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us in advance.
Refund eligibility may depend on how much notice is given before the class. In some cases, a credit for a future class may be offered instead of a refund.
Credits do not expire but are non-transferable.
TheKinderCasa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if necessary. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.
Parents must inform us in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.
Children who are unwell should not attend class. If a child arrives with visible symptoms of illness, TheKinderCasa reserves the right to deny participation for the safety of all participants.
We take reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment; however, participation is at your own discretion.
Children are expected to follow instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
By enrolling a child in TheKinderCasa classes, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that participation in baking activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of kitchen tools, exposure to heat (ovens, hot surfaces), and handling of food ingredients.
The parent or guardian voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.
By booking and allowing participation, the parent or guardian agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless TheKinderCasa, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, or damage, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The parent or guardian confirms that the child is physically able to participate and that all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions have been disclosed.
In the event of an emergency, the parent or guardian authorizes TheKinderCasa to obtain necessary medical treatment from licensed medical professionals if they cannot be reached, and agrees to be responsible for any associated medical expenses.
We aim to create a positive, respectful, and fun environment for all participants.
If a child’s behavior is disruptive or unsafe, we reserve the right to remove them from the session if necessary. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for your child to appear in any media, please inform us in advance.
All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only.
