Middle Eastern Flavors Week
Fresh, Healthy & Full of Tradition
Children will explore Middle Eastern cooking through homemade pita, falafel, hummus, tahini, sambusak, salads, and sweet treats while learning about ancient food traditions and healthy ingredients.
Children Will:
- Bake pita bread
- Make falafel from scratch
- Prepare hummus and tahini
- Create sambusak
- Learn about Middle Eastern culture and cuisine
